Symptom

Cause

The storage space of your webspace account is limited. If your web space usage exceeds the contracted storage space, your webspace will not be blocked immediately, but you will be automatically notified by email about the overuse.

Solution

Please delete unnecessary files or emails or order additional storage space. The usage statistics are updated once a night. Therefore, after deleting files or emails, the usage statistics in your webspace account will not be updated immediately. You see the change on the following day. The usage statistics only informs and does not prevent you from continuing to use the webspace despite the overuse.
